It’s Time to Find Your Next… at the 2016 Philadelphia Auto Show

Celebrating its 115th year, new vehicles, features and attractions enhance the Philly Auto Show experience for attendees East Norriton, Pa.,

The Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia (ADAGP) is proud to announce the return of the Philadelphia Auto Show to the Pennsylvania Convention Center from Jan. 30 to Feb. 7.

The 2016 Philadelphia Auto Show returns for its 115th year with a 700,000-square-foot display floor featuring an array of preproduction, production, exotic, classic and concept cars. One of the largest auto shows in the nation, the Philadelphia Auto Showannually welcomes 250,000 attendees during its nine day run. “We have so many new features and attractions this year, it’s going to be one of the most exciting Philadelphia Auto Shows ever,” said David Kelleher, chairman of the 2016 Philadelphia Auto Show. “It’s not often we add a manufacturer to our floor plan and we are thrilled to welcome Alfa Romeo. In addition to comparing the portfolios of over 40 manufacturers, attendees can see soccer superstar Carli Lloyd, grab food and drinks at The Garage, and use the new eKEY feature to harness the power of the Auto Show.

The Auto Show is an institution in Philly and this year’s show is shaping up to be one of the best.” The brand-new Philadelphia Auto Show eKEY is cutting-edge data collection technology which allows consumers to save time, get connected and win prizes. After registering, attendees receive a custom QR code to scan at manufacturers’ displays and a personalized dashboard containing a shopping list of vehicles fitting their search criteria. One lucky eKEY user will win a $20,000 voucher to use at a franchised auto dealership. Register and get official rules at phillyautoshow.com/eKEY.

“The industry has never been hotter – the autos are outstanding, vehicle sales are at an all-time high, interest rates and gas prices are low and we are transitioning to people buying cars because of desire rather than replacement,” said Kevin Mazzucola, executive director of the ADAGP. “Looking at the quality and breadth of vehicles available, it can be difficult to know where to start when finding your next vehicle. That’s where the Philly Auto Show is helpful to the 40 percent of attendees in the market for a new vehicle. The Show influences over $3 billion in sales each year, which is why it is so important to manufacturers, dealers and consumers alike.”
