World War II comes to life at Fort Mifflin on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 10 AM till 4 PM. Exciting displays of authentic and reproduction weapons, military supplies and vehicles. Interact with “soldiers” from Axis and Allied forces. Wooden rifle drills and “grenade” toss for kids, extensive battlefield medicine display and guided tours for the whole family.
Two large-scale battle reenactments highlight the Allied forces advance to capture the town of St. Lo in northwestern France.
General admission: $6, $5 seniors, $3 veterans and students 12 & under. FREE for active duty military and children under 5. SPECIAL FOR THIS EVENT: high school students admitted for $3 with valid ID.
