200 grams of onions
100 grams of carrots
50 grams of dill, and parsley
1 liter of water
Wash all herbs and chop.
Pell carrot and cut into thin pieces.
Add cold water to mix and boil for approximately 30 minutes.
Cool and add lemon juice.
You may sip up to 2 liters per day.

Dr. Sadkhin’s Favorite Salad
½ head of cabbage
Juice of ½ lemon or pink grapefruit
Grate carrot and green apple.
Mix all ingredients.
Add lemon juice and salt.
1 medium onion
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of parsley and dill
Chop and blend all ingredients together and serve.
Three Pepper Fajitas
1 green, 1 red, and 1 yellow pepper (chop lengthwise into strips)
1 bunch of chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup lime juice
Chopped garlic for seasoning
Heat a non-stick pan on high.
Put pepper, onion, and cilantro in the pan and sprinkle the lime juice over the top.
Toss all of the ingredients around until just tender.
Wrap in a lettuce leaf.
Apples in Wine
12 tart cooking apples
2 cups of dry red wine
1 cup of honey
2 slices of lemon (optional)
Core, peel and quarter apples.
Combine wine and honey in crackpot, stir well.
Add apple quarters.
Stir well to coat apples with wine mixture.
Add lemon slices.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8-12 hours (high 2-3hours)
Transfer apples and liquid to a refrigerator container and chill well
Mix honey with the lemon juice.
Add the mixture into the milk and blend it well.
