Philadelphia Welcomes Latest Fast-Growing Company to add 100 new jobs this year

Mayor Michael A. Nutter officially welcomed, an online reputation management firm, to Philadelphia as the company showed off its new corporate headquarters located in the Curtis Center in Center City. is a fast-growing company and expects to add at least 100 new jobs this year. It recently moved its headquarters to Philadelphia from West Chester, Pennsylvania.

“’s move into Philadelphia is yet another sign that our city has world-class talent, a vibrant business community and the right infrastructure for companies to start, stay and grow here,” said Mayor Nutter. “I’m excited to welcome the company to Philadelphia and look forward to seeing it expand.” joins other technology companies that have moved to Philadelphia in the last year, including Fiberlink, Bentley Systems, SevOne and Bulogics. Companies like Curalate, Artisan, Seer Interactive, and RJ Metrics, are also choosing to stay in Philadelphia as they expand.

The Nutter Administration is committed to establishing Philadelphia as a more business-friendly city for companies of all sizes and stages of development.  There has been a particular focus on small businesses and making Philadelphia a city of choice for early-stage companies and entrepreneurs.  Recent measures include:

Launching Startup PHL, an initiative to support startups and entrepreneurs by increasing the availability of early-stage capital and making available grants to organizations that providing programming for entrepreneurs;

  • Establishing the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program to provide increased small business lending and create a business education program in partnership with the Community College of Philadelphia;
  • Creating an online business portal, a one-stop shop for anyone interested in doing business in the city; and,
  • Reducing taxes for business in the city, with particular tax reductions focused on small businesses and new companies moving into the city.
