Philadelphia and Suburbs Expect Snow on Saturday

If you haven’t unpack your warm winter clothes yet, it’s probably time to do so, as a cold air front is heading towards Philadelphia and its suburbs.

This Saturday, as meteorologist are certain about, a storm system of some really cold air and rains would bring as much as 4-6” of heavy snow to areas north and west of the city (the Lehigh Valley, Berks County and the Poconos), as well as to Philadelphia. This Saturday will start with a chilly rain, that would eventually change to snow closer to the evening, and might even accumulate on grass surfaces, if not roads. To top the not-so-pleasant forecast, Saturday storm winds would be as strong as 20-30 mph.
